Grant ( a.k.a. The Rooster ) - Orchestrating perfectly done wings and the creation of his homemade sauces complement each other to provide you with a truly delightful experience.

Maryfrances ( a.k.a. The Mother Clucker ) - The head hen with a keen eye for detail keeps everyone honest and ensures the highest of standards are in place and enforced.

Gregg ( a.k.a. The Nest Egg ) - Also known as the CFO(Chicken Funding Officer).
